Soft steam rises from the oden pot across the counter, and the rich aroma of dashi fills the restaurant.
The clear Kansai-style dashi is made fresh daily from bonito flakes and Rausu kelp delivered directly from Yaizu, with each ingredient carefully prepared.
We also offer a selection of light, dry sake that is carefully selected to bring out the flavor of the oden.
